Roughly two weeks in, only attending the 6am morning classes, everyone is very nice and friendly, no egos, no attitudes, genuinely a nice group of ppl with an excellent down to earth professor. As a rookie nobody tries to destroy you, instead they focus on helping you develop. Overall great experience and sense of unity!

Been treated like family since the first day. Excellent coaching and emphasis on the smallest of details from the Professor. When it comes to Jiu-Jitsu CMJJ is as professional and proficient as it gets.

I'm new at the sport and over 50. I was nervous my first day and everyone could obviously tell I was new. Been going a couple of months now and I'm glad I finally walked through the door that first day and joined. The professor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to all who attend. I love the positive environment this gym provides and how everyone there is always willing to help any of the other students. Good people here!

CMJJ Mid Cities is an amazing place to get fit, learn useful self-defense, and make great relationships. Great for all ages and training is focused on skill level while maintaining an element of challenge to grow skills. I've never seen such a respectful group of children in my life which is a testament to the coaches and parents who understand the value of teaching these children life lessons along with cultivating an environment of fun.

I cannot say enough good about this amazing academy and the instructors who care about every student... changed my life and the lives of my daughters. Come by and catch the passion for jiujitsu!

We joined this gym because of its reputation for incredible training and we found not only that but a community that has become like family.

100% the best lead instructor/gym around particularly if you want to focus on GI. They teach some GI techniques that people at other schools will likely not even know what you are trying to set up. They choose who you roll with for you, not for a stated reason, but likely to avoid 100lb people getting paired with 250lb people. Similar skill levels also if they can. Beginner friendly.
